Thank you for your interest in Sean Myers Inspections. We have been serving southern California since 2003 performing inspections and testing for Indoor Air Quality.

I’ve been in the construction and metal working industries literally since 6th grade in landscaping learning how irrigation works, drainage and basic grounds keeping.  In Jr. High I worked under the counter for construction companies doing clean up, painting and touch up and pulling electrical wires. In High School I took wood shop (and advanced) where I learned wood working, framing, residential wiring and roofing. I also had classes in metal working where I made projects using a foundry, forging and welding. In addition to these I had classes in auto body painting and repair.

After High School I had jobs where I performed all facets of construction including drilling and setting heavy duty footers up to 35′ deep using 4×6 I beams and concrete. Other jobs included pre-cast concrete (pouring 58,000 lbs of concrete daily), iron working, wrought iron working (gates, fences, custom access points), electrical, roofing and working at a machine shop where we built parts for Nasa/JPL.

In 2000 I started working as a hygienist with some excellent instruction and some horrible. At the end of 2003 I started Sean Myers Inspections (S.M.Inspections) and with help and oversight of 2 previous employers I have been going ever since.
